The Unknown
The Unknown... It sounds like a horror film. Scary, mysterious, secret. Most of us don't like the unknown, yes it is scary, it can be awful, but it can be pretty magical too.
Going along with the unknown is something I have truly learnt throughout the course. I has been an unusual skill I have had to develop. Feeling an array of emotions about the unknown has revealed a lot about myself. I have realised I don't like not knowing, but I have also realised that sometimes things just fall into place if we let it. A part of self discovery is stepping into the darkness and finding the light. After all, if we just prove what we know, we haven't learnt anything new have we?
I have always thought that I am a pretty practical person. There is right and wrong. Law and disorder. Black and white. Questions and answers.
1 + 1 = 2
2 + 2 = 4
So why don't I have the answers to my own questions?! I found this at times has been infuriating, however, what I have learnt is that sometimes questions are just doors to other pathways. Not everything in life is simple and has a black and white answer. Sometimes we might never find the answer!
Many "answers" in this course are multicoloured, like a rainbow, some even come with extra sparkle. So my advice to the others on the course (and indeed myself!) is to relish these moments of not knowing, because eventually you will reflect back upon them and you will have learnt something new. Even if its not the answer to the question you originally asked. Go and open those doors.

A great blog. This articulates exactly how I felt going into my previous two modules. I now take comfort in the feeling of the unknown, it means I'm probably in the right place. Not already knowing the anwsers but knowing that I have to start opening doors in order to find the right path. Thank you for sharing. Charlie x
