The Multi-Intelligence Test

Howard Gardener developed the theory of multiple intelligences in 1986. He acknowledged that traditional IQ was a limited and unrealistic measurement for the possibilities of the human brain.

Intelligence comes in the form of many possibilities. Missing from this list is also creative intelligence or creative thinking, explored by Ken Robinson a leading education analyst, who notes that it is almost impossible to quantify or record "creativity" in traditional methods.

Anyway, fellow BAPP pupil Charlie shared this Multi-Intelligence Test and as a reflective practitioner who is always in the pursuit of finding out as much as possible, I had to give it a go. So here are my results:

Jess's Multiple IntelligencesWell, this was no surprise. I don't listen to music, I don't even own a tv.  I like being on my own, at one with nature and I have four dogs. I can't do mathematics either.

My full report is here:

But what does this really mean? Hopefully this will give me another perspective on the way in which I approach things, particularly through the BAPP.

What are your thoughts?

Here is the blank questionnaire. What are your stronger multi-intelligences?
